The Burial Of My Lolo Amin

  THE BURIAL OF MY LOLO AMIN   My mother’s father was Benjamin Catequista Mospa.  He was the 7 th child among the ten children of Carlos Mospa and Teodora Catequista. And he was the younger son among the two sons and he had eight sisters. Lolo Amin was buried in Jaro Cemetery on July 12,1959.  I was able to find a picture of his burial in the old cabinet of my Lola Pilo, my father’s mother, who was able to save lots of old pictures. I was fascinated with this picture.  At first glance, I easily recognized some of the faces. There was my mother Visit, her sisters Nanay Letty, Auntie Cande, and Nanay Celia, and their cousin Nanay Juani.  But the rest of those in the picture, I have no idea who they were.  I have to ask somebody who might recognize those in the picture.  And the only person alive that I know who could help me is my Auntie Cande who now resides in Bacolod City.
